Privacy / Signal Desk
A short, human privacy note.
FrozenFrequency keeps the first version of this website deliberately simple. Signal Desk is a project-scoping tool, not a place for sensitive information.
Signal Desk conversations
Conversation state is sent with each request so Signal Desk can respond in context. FrozenFrequency does not store conversation bodies in a database in this release, and the application is designed not to write them to its logs.
When model mode is enabled, the request is processed by the external inference service selected in the deployment configuration. That provider may process request content under its own terms. When model mode is unavailable, Signal Desk uses a deterministic guided flow inside the website.
What not to submit
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, regulated data, health or financial records, confidential customer information, or anything you are not authorized to share.
Basic technical data
The site may process standard request information needed to serve pages, protect the chat endpoint from abuse, and diagnose failures. The initial request limit uses a short one-way hash of the request address in volatile server memory.
Theme preference and contact
Your Day or Night theme choice is stored only in your browser. If you email FrozenFrequency, the information you send is handled as ordinary business correspondence.
